Saudi Contractors Authority
The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) is an arm of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce which is concerned with the country’s construction sector. SCA was established in 2015 through a resolution of the Council of Ministers with the goal to create a secure environment for national and foreign business contractors in Saudi Arabia. The company seeks to achieve its objectives through building distinctive competencies, encouraging innovation and enhancing communication process among all relevant parties in the sector.
